CBFY attends the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Awards Ceremony

CBFY was invited to attend the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Awards Ceremony. 140 youth from across Canada received their Gold Awards. HRH, Prince Edward Earl of Wessex presented the awards. Our AfriNation Dancers performed for the Prince and Her Honour Lieutenant Governor Lois Mitchell. The Duke of Edinburgh youth program is designed to encourage and foster practical learning and participation in physical fitness, volunteer service, and outdoor adventure. CBFY was also invited to host a resource booth.
