2024 Youth Achievement Awards Gala

November 4, 2024 | Read Time: 2 Min. | Awards, Events

On October 18, 2024, we gathered at the Empire Banquet Hall to honor the achievements of 16 outstanding newcomer youth. Each of these individuals received a scholarship to support their educational goals, bringing them one step closer to fulfilling their dreams. We are incredible proud of these immigrant youth and the families who have journeyed to Canada in pursuit of better opportunities.

The evening was filled with inspiring speeches and memorable performances by Sand Artist Jungha Choo, CBFY’s K-Pop Youth Dance Troupe, ReMix: Powered by Revv52, and the talented dancers from Bridge’s Got Talent. Our heartfelt gratitude also goes out to the Honourable Muhammed Yaseen, Alberta’s Minister of Immigration and Multiculturalism, for his keynote address and sharing his personal story of immigrating to Canada, which added a special touch to the celebration.
