Applicants may submit their application in ONE of the following formats:
• Written essay or story (maximum 1200 words) • Video (maximum 3 minutes) • Audio recording/podcast (maximum 5 minutes) • Multimedia presentation
Important: Regardless of the format chosen, all submissions MUST include the following information:
1. YOUR JOURNEY: Tell us about your personal journey and what has shaped who you are today. Share only what you feel comfortable sharing.
2. YOUR GROWTH: What did you gain or learn from your experience with CBFY? Please give examples.
3. GIVING BACK: How have you supported others or your community (big or small)?
4. YOUR NEXT STEPS: Share your goals, dreams, and how this scholarship would support your future. Please share your plans for higher education.

Please provide one reference (CBFY staff, teacher, mentor, faith-based leader, coach, work supervisor, etc.)
Please do not use a family member as a reference.
Please upload proof that you are currently in Grade 12 or enrolled in an upgrading program, and plan to continue your education through university, college, trade school, or another training program.
