Our Team

Basma started volunteering five months ago, to help man the front desk. Aside from this, she also makes herself available to support CBFY in different activities. She steps up whenever volunteer support is needed. Recently, she gained additional CBFY experience/knowledge when she started supporting CONNECT team at the CBE Welcome Centre.

Her consistent presence in the office, and willingness to help in every way she can, proves her dedication and commitment to CBFY. Basma is always available to offer her service to anyone, anytime. She is a reliable and valued member of the team.

On top of her administration skills, Basma is known for her selfless attitude who is willing to share her time and experience especially to the new volunteers.

Fun fact: She loves to write, and in fact published a book which is now being sold in Amazon.

Soheila was selected as August’s Volunteer of the Month for her exceptional dedication, innovation, and contributions to Bridge Foundation. Her consistent daily presence and strong work ethic have made her a reliable and valued member of the team.

She has transformed our internal processes by creating streamlined Power Automate workflows for PO approvals and business card requests, reducing manual work and improving efficiency, transparency, and accountability. She is now developing additional workflows for expense approvals and other internal needs, bringing consistency and professionalism across departments.

Beyond her technical skills, Soheila is friendly, approachable, and always willing to support others. She has shared her knowledge with staff and volunteers, helping build confidence and capability in using Power Automate tools.

Her combination of skill, dedication, and generosity has made a tremendous impact on our operations.
